Please note:

• Prices include a cleaning service, bed-linen, kitchen and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels)
• Bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated, beginning at 4pm and ending at 10am
• Previous guests will be offered a 5% loyalty discount
• A deposit of 20% is required at the time of  booking
• ​Should you need to cancel, the deposit is refundable up to 10 weeks before your stay, less an administration fee of £60 per week.
• The balance is due 10 weeks before your stay and is non-refundable after this point so we do recommend you take out holiday insurance
• Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at a supplement of £30 per stay (please bring your own dog towels and bed)
• There are steep drops from parts of the garden so children and dogs must be supervised
• The cottage may be unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties
